Excel Integration - See Signals on Excel "on the fly"

Postby x3p0 » 07 Mar 2011

Hi there,

I've made a quick search and found no topic about it.
I am writting a signal code and I want to see the order execution on Excel.
I am using a .csv file with "file append" command but the only problem is that Multicharts will only allow it to be written on the .csv file if it is closed.
I wonder if is there a way to write it when the .csv file is open. Is there a way to do it? Should I try a different solution?

Thanks in adavance.
Best regards,
Marcus

I have never tried these myself,
here are some EasyLanguage to Excel interfaces you can explore.

http://shop.qclsolutions.com/XLInputs-101.htm

It's functions is to interact directly to Excel cells. I bought it and just started to use it. Great support from David Odell the developer
