Your download is corrupted.

Delete everything, including the previous downloads,
and download the program again.

Thanks for responding, but that doesn't seem to be helping me. I deleted all downloads and temp internet files using IE and ran the disk clean up for good measure but I'm still getting the same error.

Usually that means that the file is corrupted (it doesn't pass the Windows check, so it's marked with that message). Please come to our Live Chat tomorrow and reference this thread.
