Dear Support,
I've noticed a possible problem to the correct behavior of MC after upgrading the .NET Framework 4 with these microsoft patches: KB2468871 and KB2533523.
After installing these patches MC (last release 7.45 version) crasches when I try to connect to IB TWS.
Then, I downgraded the Win7 to work it without these two patches and MC works again properly.
May you verify this issue please?

The crash should not be related to .net framework as it is used only in Portfolio Backtester, not in MC itself. Please send us your log and dump files after reproducing the issue but before restarting MultiCharts.
You can find log files here "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\TS Support\MultiCharts\".
You should paste this line in Start --> Run and in the window that will pop up make a zip-folder.
Dump files can be made by Microsoft Process Explorer or DebugDiag applications. If you come to our Live Chat Mon-Fri between 6:30AM and 2PM EST our engineers can do it for you.
