E Mini Futures not displaying history

Hi All,

I have an issue trying to import the history of the emini (ESZ1)
I can see the bid / offer O,H,L,C but not the history;

I do have the Professional US Commodities Exchanges subscription from IB

Please see file attached for the chart output.

Any help getting the historic data to display would be great

Hello Andrew.
Please make a right click on the chart->Format instrument->ESZ1->Format->Settings tab.
Make sure that the data range specified properly and you are requesting more than 1 day.
If it is not helpful please start Quote manager and check the Event log for errors connected with this symbol. If there are errors-please attach a screenshot of event log.

I have not had any luck in solving this issue; I can see the data in TWS (see attached chart)
But it is only returning 9 days of daily data (in quote manager). When changing the resolution to 1min in the quote manager I can get 82275 records back.

I will send the Quote manager trade log in another post.

The strange thing is i can return the daily bid and offer data but not the trade data!

In MultiCharts go to File->Preferences->Data server mode->check that you are in "Online mode" and "Download missing historical data" is checked.
In Quote Manager go to Tools->Data feeds->IB->Settings->check that "Download historical data" is checked.
Then delete the symbol you are using from Quote manager, close Multicharts and all its products (i.e. MC, Quote Manager, PL editor, ....).
Make sure that all MC processes are ended.
In the Windows Task manager check these processes:
atCenterServer.exe
Fixserver.exe
MultiCharts.exe
MessageCenter.exe
PLEditor.exe
QuoteManager.exe
StudyServer.exe
tsServer.exe
TradingServer.exe
TPserver.exe
Please end the processes if they are still running after MC close.

After that-add the symbol from the data source.
In the Quote manager go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> IB.
Try to plot a chart.
