CSI Data

Postby bauhinia » 28 Nov 2011

Hi All,

Just wanted to find out how to import the cash FX data from CSI in to the Quote manager. I can only see tabs for Stock, Index, Future, Option.

Cheers

Hello Sir.
Unfortunately Cash symbols are currently not supported.
You may want to submit a feature request to the Project Management of our web site so other users can vote for it: https://www.multicharts.com/pm/

ok thanks Henry.

What about setting up continuous futures in CSI?
Can we then get them to feed out to MC?

CSI continuous futures are supported in MultiCharts.
You need to add the symbols from the data source.
In the Quote manager please go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> CSI->Futures.

Henry if I update data in the CSI downloader then will it automatically update in the charts?
I cannot see to get the data to update on the charts automatically when the data has come through into the QM.

I have to Reload the chart to get the chart to update with the new data.

Thanks

If you update the data in the CSI downloader then the data will not automatically update in the chart.
You need to Reload the chart to update it with the new data.
