Hello,
How do you set up MC to get quotes for the TSX? I have stock lists using the Yahoo suffix code i.e. RY.TO on notepad, is there any way to copy them into MC other than manually? Thank you for any and all help.

CDN symbols [SOLVED]
Re: CDN symbols [SOLVED]
How do you establish a connection with the free data feed? It says it is trying to establish a connection but nothing is happening. Thank you.

Hello Tim,
In quote manager you need to go to Tools->Data sources->Free quotes.
Make sure “Yahoo” data feed is checked.
Then go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->Manually:
Data source - Free quotes.
Symbol name - RY.TO
Category – Stocks
Exchange – UNDEF
Then in MultiCharts plot a new chart for this symbol with daily resolution.

Re: CDN symbols
Hi Henry,
I got the problem sorted out. I had added an F: infront of the root symbol which was incorrect although that was how I read the instructions. I even figured out how to add symbol lists to the program using the scanner. Thank you for your help it was much appreciated.
Kindest regards,
Tim
