VPS Server - Which Windows OS ?

Looking into a VPS Server in Uk and have a choice of

"We can provide your VPS server pre-installed with either Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008. You then have full admin access and RDP. "

Which OS should I use with MC 7.0 32bit and MC8.0 (64bit)?

Can anyone recommend one for London, UK?

From OS Point of View - it makes sense to go with Windows Server 2008 - 64 bit for efficiency reasons compared to windows 2003.
