Moving EntryPrice

Postby escamillo » 02 Apr 2012

Have not seen this prior to 8.0 Beta2.
Screenshot: Entry Price short is 1413.00. As price goes down [and whatever else is causing the change], the chart-measured EntryPrice goes down too and the calculated #Pips profit is also wrong. A break even stop (which is fortunately always at the correct [BreakEven] EntryPrice), when triggered, no longer lines up with the chart-presented Entry Price, etc.

I presumed this was partially caused by changes in root symbol setting loss of attributes when 8.0 beta2 was downloaded, but symbol attributes seem correct. And in any case, a moving EntryPrice from 1413.00 to 1412.36 seems a bit out of the ordinary and is undesirable.

Just letting you know.

This behaviour will be fixed in the next version of MultiCharts.
