Is there an alphabetical listing of keywords or am I missing something?

Thanks. I saw the Wiki categories but when I want to look something up I don't want to guess what category it is in and then narrow it down. On the NAV bar the Alphabetical Index doesn't open so one is stuck with the categories again.

I wanted to look up "Bidsize". Do i have to look up half of the categories to find where it is? Why isn't there a simple alphabetical index somewhere like there used to be? Seems like a no brainer.

In the PowerLanguage Editor (PLE),

View > Output Bar

look in the bottom frame,

under "Help" tab.

Yes. That's what I used to do before I started using 8.0 64. I guess you are saying there is no alphabetical index unless you go back to 7. Seems like an obvious tool to have available.

Is there an alphabetical listing of keywords or am I missing something?
In PowerLanguage Editor go to View tab-> enable Navigator toolbar.
In the Navigator toolbar go to Dictionary tab->Keyword Alphabetical Index.
The list will appear on the Help tab of the Output toolbar.

Is it up to date version of keywords?
Also, is there any chance to get them all printed. Preferable pdf format or etc. as in Wiki I`ve got to select them separately and it takes a lot of time to print.
Is there a MC printer-friendly Manual which is up to dated for version 7.4?
I`d like to have a paper copy of it.

Thank you

right click on "Keyword Alphabetical Index",

select Print.

ps. you can print to PDF, your printer software should support this option.

We do have MultiCharts and Keywords printer friendly manuals on our to-do list, but at the moment there is no ETA. You can find up-to-date information regarding reserved words and MultiCharts features in our Wiki.

Why MC Help doesn`t work on x64 beta 3 version, it directing straight to MultiCharts Wiki page?
I also use MC 7.4, help file works ok, but I think it won`t be up-to-dated. Its just about printing all keywords to keep it in paper format.
Thank You

MultiCharts.chm help file will no longer be provided with MultiCharts. All help information, "how to" guides, user contributed articles and reserver words are available in the Wiki.

Though PowerLanguage.chm file with reserved words description is still available in PowerLanguage Editor. You can open this file and print its contents. PowerLanguage.chm can be found in MultiCharts installation folder (make a right click on the MC shortcut –> Properties –> "Shortcut" tab –> select "open file location").

Since the information is there,
why don't you link the PowerLanguage.chm file to the [F1] key in MultiCharts?

or, link the [F1] key to the wiki page.

ps. an alphabetical list is needed in the wiki.

Wiki is already linked to F1 in MultiCharts. You can change the shortcut in File->Keyboard shortcuts.

Thank you for the suggestion.
