Study entries and exits default colours

Hi there,

I don't think the checkbox labelled "Use as default" works on these tabs. I can't get the colours I assign to persist between adding, removing, and then re-adding the same study.

This issue has been already fixed in MultiCharts .Net 8.1 beta 1.
