Free Trial Expired Upon Installation

Hi,

I am new to Multicharts and I want to take advantage of the free trial. When I try and run the trial, it says I have 0 days left to use multicharts. I know this is not true because I have never used the program before and I just installed in today. Has anyone else had this issue?
