read-only access to all drawing object types and properties

I looked but did not find it, soooo .... is there a way to access all drawn objects on a chart? What I would like to specifically do are 2 things.

1 - find the locations of the 3 points used in Andrews pitchforks, and then use them to draw some other lines on a chart.

2 - read the 2 points used in drawing a rectangle in the chart. So as price would enter into this human drawn area, then either create an alert or enter / exit a trade.

Again, I am only looking read access to the properties of these objects.
