Please follow the steps:

1. In MultiCharts: File -> Preferences -> Workspaces on start -> Do not load workspaces on start. (you can turn it back after all steps are done)
2. In QuoteManager: Tools -> Data Sources -> IW Bank -> Make sure it is active. Basically it is recommended to make all data sources active.
3. Close all MultiCharts products and make sure all it's processes are off.
4. Download and install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0.
5. Run MultiCharts and QuickHelp by right-click -> Run as administrator.

Let me know if the issue is reproduced after these steps.

Should work identically. Are you talking about time for plotting data or you mean some slowness in the interface?

Are you able to receive data at that particular time period in IWBank software? What is the symbol? Does it always happen in the same time? If yes, please specify the time interval.

Andrew i think the problem is when IWQUICK TRADE platform is disconnected and MULTICHARTS X64 disconect too,
when the connection restarting the charts don't refresh and restart too.
the next time compare this problem i send you a logs file

Sir, if the IWBank QuickTrade software disconnects, MultiCharts is not able to receive any data from IWBank data source. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to find out why IWBank software disconnects. Please contact their support.

I'll explain,
when disconnected IWBANK MULTICHARTS disconnect too,
all for a few seconds, when it returns the connection MULTICHARTS has reconect with IWBANK,
but MULTICHARTS did not update the graphics, and for example it worked everything else such as "real time market scanner", it's not regolar that the charts are stoppend when all MULTICHARTS components receive data....
