Using TS data to playback and sim trade

Hello,
I have MC connected to the TS data feed. Market replay works just fine, How do I enter simulated trades when playing back?
TS cannot be set up as a broker, is there a work around just for sim?

Hello Westsider,

That is not possible to place orders during Playback at the moment. Please vote for this feature request if you want to have such functionality implemented in the future.

You can subscribe to any of the supported brokers to perform order execution on simulated account. You will need to create symbol mapping between your TS symbols and your broker symbols to do that.
The only prebuilt simulator we have in MultiCharts at the moment is ZenFire or Rithmic Local Sim. You need to have ZenFire or Rithmic datafeed set in order to use this functionality.

Thank you for the information. So just to make sure I understand this - I have TS data and even if If I subscribe to zenfire or rhythmic I will not be able to sim trade in playback.

That is correct. That is not possible to place orders during Data Playback at the moment
