How to export Study Templates?

When I try to export a study template to a directory I cannot find any file.

May be I do something wrong.
I click on Format Study Template, select the desired template, click export, type in a name and directory, then click on save. Nothing happens and nothing has been saved. What is the right procedure?

Dear guest -

In beta version 644.1126 everything works fine, I was able to export a template, import it back and apply to a chart. If this is happening in the latest beta, please contact us on LiveChat, we might need to take a look.

I use Win2000 and the latest beta of MC.
