Backtest Performance report

Postby shanoballs » 08 Nov 2006

I'm not sure if this has been reported already but i noticed that when you export the report to an excel file and look at the periodic monthly returns, the year for the returns are the same. see the attached file for clarification of the issue.

I have a question, what version were you using? We don't seem to reproduce this issue.

And i was also wondering if there was a way to just save a certain section of the report to excel file without saving the entire thing? or can it be made so that you can simply copy any data that is displayed in the report in MC and be paste it in excel?

No, I'm afraid this isn't as simple as selecting a block of text with the mouse from a browser or similar program, won't work with the report.
If you need just a piece of it, you'll need to save it fully and then edit to remove what's unnecessary.
