Quote Manager IB problem

Today my quote manager is saying that my IB data feed real time status is "Not Supported"

I have done nothing from yesterday to today other than close the programs and open them.

Has something changed? I tried to connect the symbols and it tried and came back again as "Not supported"

Any thoughts?

things to try:
1. restart TWS
2. update TWS
3. update API
