MCDataStorage_Dump

This folder, MCDataStorage_Dump, is over 5Gb and growing fast. How can I groom this data so I only keep what I really want? Is this data I use or can I delete the whole thing?

Overnight, the file size was reduced by more than 10Gb. What can I do to make sure this file does not grow so quickly intra day as it filled up the partition where it is as I was not expecting such growth???
