["Quote indicator"] Can these be found in the log?

Postby JoshM » 22 Mar 2012

Every so often I experience this:

I'm looking to quantitatively measure when MultiCharts is 'overextended' and when not, so I have a better idea how a new chart or instrument might impact MultiCharts, and how much "buffer" there is left.

So I'm wondering, are these "lagging moments" written to a log?
  • If yes, where can I find these?
  • If not, is there another way to get an idea how 'overextended' MultiCharts is?

JoshM,

Unfortunately, the values of this indicator are not logged. Normally, this kind of lag occurs if CPU load of one of the cores reaches 100%. You can keep track of this values if needed.

That's a good idea, thanks Dave!
