MultiCharts license can be running in online mode only at one PC at a time. You can use your license on PC2 in offline mode.
That is possible to use multiple data feeds/brokers in the same MultiCharts at the same time.

In order to connect to two separate Broker logins you need to create two broker profiles in MultiCharts->
File->Broker profiles->Manage->New.
Possibility of connection to two accounts under the same login depends on the broker you are using.
