How to use the Pivot functions?

Postby Zoli » 24 Sep 2012

Hi,

Could anyone give an example of how to record in an array all pivot highs using the Pivot function? As a workaround I could just check the highs of x bars before and after to define a pivot but I am trying to call this function to learn how more advanced functions should be used correctly. I am having difficulties understanding iStudy and iSeries.

Thanks.

Hello Zoli,

You can refer to the prebuilt study Pivot_High as an example.

Hi Henry,

I see in the beta 8.1 it even disappeared the Pivot function as my indicator wouldn't load and did not recognized it. Pivot_High is a good resource, I must have missed it in earlier version.
Thank you.
