How to force a data refresh with IB?

Hello,

I use the Interactive Brokers data feed and due to the nature of the aggregated feed, on weekends I like to purge the weeks collected real-time data and replace it with the backfill data. What is the easiest way to accomplish this so I can keep my database as accurate as possible?
