Order and Position Tracker, turned-off strat rows remained [SOLVED]
Order and Position Tracker, turned-off strat rows remained
Is there a way to clear the highlighted rows left over from the closed strategies.
Really confusing,
sometimes it clear over the weekend,
other time it did not clear.
Strategies are left on over weekend, I turned off MC only on program installation.
Please suggest how to clear.

Re: Order and Position Tracker, turned-off strat rows remain
Hello Meec,
Information displayed in Order and Position Tracker is not deleted over any specific time period. It depends only on number of lines for each tab. If it exceeds 10 000 of lines, than the oldest line will be removed.
The only way you can notice that some lines disappear is to have them filtered. There are filters in the Order and Position Tracker window, which can be used to reach your goal.
If you want to delete anything from Order and Position Tracker window, all information from all tabs this windows should be deleted. It is stored in a file.

Re: Order and Position Tracker, turned-off strat rows remain
In strategy positions tab,
what I mean is that sometime I turned off a strategy that just turned on a few minutes ago, the corresponding row just disappear.
But some rows are strategies left over from long-time closed strategies, and not all the closed strategies remain. So any logics to this ends.
The annoyance is that, it should be seen only the actually on-going strategies, don't you think, to be easily distinguished and comprehend.
Anyway, could you suggest where is the file to delete everything in OPT ? Please suggest.
Thank you..

Re: Order and Position Tracker, turned-off strat rows remain [SOLVED]
Oh, I see what you mean now.
The "Strategy Positions" tab should be completely empty if you turn off automation on all of your charts.
Try to reproduce the issue, following this instruction:
1. Close Multicharts if it was opened previously.
2. Open Windows TaskManager and go to "Processes" tab. Make sure there is not a single MultiCharts process running.
3. Launch MultiCharts and try to reproduce the issue.
If the issue is reproduced after you followed all 3 steps, please come to our live chat to let our operators connect to your PC remotely and investigate the issue.

Solved via live chat session.
"ATCenterServer" process needs to be closed manually apart from all other "multicharts" processes.
Done , Thanks you all very much.
