Instructions on setting up backtesting of point and figure

Are there instructions on setting up back testing of the strategy of using Point and Figure charts; buy on X, sell on O?

Basically there is no particular pattern to set up backtesting for Point and Figure chart type. All you need is to write/import and use the strategy that would trade the way you expect it. I also recommend you to read the following articles:
