Symbol Mapping IQFeed to IB - Futures Fine - Cash.FXCM not

Hello,

in trying to map chart symbols from IQFeed to IB all works OK for Futures, however for the Forex Symols from FXCM no mapping is possible.

I want to map IQ Feed symbols like
IQFeed Symbol IB Symbol
EURUSD.FXCM to EUR.USD
USDSGD USD.SGD

but no bid / ask is displayed in the Chart Trading full mode panel. Therefore no trading is possible this way.

Any suggestion to overcome this problem are welcomed.

Bid / Ask values can be displayed on the Chart Trading panel if you are subscribed to the realtime data for this instrument with IB.
If you are not subscribed to it-there will be no realtime ask/bid price, though trading is possible.

Please re-add IB symbols from the data source.
In QuoteManager please go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> IB->Cash->type in the primary currency of the pair (for ex. EUR to find EUR.USD)->Lookup.

Once that is done please re-map the IQfeed instruments to correct IB instruments.

remapping does not work for USD.SGD for whatever reason - over currencies work
I will try out tomorrow what the impact of the 3 IB accounts with different ports and client iDs is.

All old instruments seem to work independent of ClientID - USD.SGD only worked temporarily and only with ClientID 0.

I will inform you on the progress.

Addendum: After Restart of the quote manager everything works as it should.
