Tick chart & time; is it possible to mix them

An idea that I got

Tick charts as an equal # of tick per bar
Time chart as an equal # time per bar

How if we mix a tick chart with a time base chart. Each bar will have a different width, depending of the time that a bar as took to accumulate X numbers of tick. It probably already exist, but I never encounter one.

If we accept a fact that amateur do trade in small lots and pro big lots, we could conclude that when the pro are trading, we should expect a smaller width bar than when the amateur are active in the market

The pro prepare the land, embellish the area to lure us. If we could detect their periods and regions of activity, maybe we could piggyback their path and taken the one they want us to take.
