Date range issue

Postby iceman » 26 Jan 2013

I am using continuous symbol formats ending in #F. I am using RT data from esignal Eg. ES #F

I am having trouble getting the date ranges I am requesting. Eg. 7/1/2012-1/25/2013.

But the chart that comes up will only go back to 11/26/2012-1/25/2013.

Any suggestions on what I maybe doing wrong?

This is happening with multiple symbols and date range requests. None will match my input date range request.

Have you considered that eSignal may not have more than 3 months of minute data on their servers and that's why you can't download more than the period you're downloading?

I don't remember well but I believe they had some 3 month restriction for some service...
