i must be stupid but cannot figure out my error

Postby greenroomhoo » 28 Feb 2013

iq feed data, connected and working fine.
Market Scanner is open with a bunch of equities.
The prices and data in Market Scanner is updating. For example, SPY close yesterday was 152.10 and this is what is shown in Market Scanner.
My chart however does not show the 27th...it stops on the 26th? i am spinning my wheels with what i am doing wrong so posting here. See screen shot....

thanks

Hello greenroomhoo,

1) In Multicharts please go to File tab->Preferences->Data server mode.
Make sure you are in online mode, "download missing historical data" is enabled
2) Is the option "build minute and daily bars from tick data" enabled in QuoteManager->Tools->Data sources->IQFeed->Settings?
3) Have you tried to copy/paste this chart or create a new 1 day chart for this symbol?
4) Have you tried reloading data (View tab->Reload->Reload 3 days back)?

the resetting chart data worked. but it seems i need to do it for each security in the scanner.....is there a shortcut to do them all? (they are all missing the 27th for whatever reason)...

Unfortunately there is no way to do reload for all symbols in the scanner at the moment.
Please vote for the corresponding feature requests: #1 and #2.
