Attaching data window to the left

Amateur question....

In one of my workspace, the data window is attached to the right of the chart. I don't succeed to have it attached to the left

Just drag it from one side to the other.
Grab the title window and drag it till the left toolbars. As soon the mouse goes on top of those left toolbars the data window attachs itself.

For whatever reason, this is not working
I will close down everithing and reload. Maybe like an old "dos" machine it could resolve it
