Hi,
I am testing auto trading on MC with Interactive Brokers, and I have the following small issue.
I am using 4 different strategies, and I have 4 charts open, 1 for each strategy (signal).
If 2 strategies are in a trade at the same time (say, long the EUR/USD):
a. all 4 charts show the exit points of the 2 strategies in trade
b. all 4 charts show one average entry point, instead of the 2 entry points separately
c. the order and position tracker window shows the total position as one, using the average entry price of the 2 positions opened.
I attach a printscreen of a chart window.
Is there any way to keep these things separated, ie:
a. only the chart with the signal in play to show the entry and exit points
b. the order tracker to show each position opened, separately
Thanks a lot
moses

Re: Auto trading question
Hello moses,
You can see the average entry price for each strategy on the Strategy positions tab.
That is correct.
There is no prebuilt way to do that. You can program your own active order visualization to do that.Is there any way to keep these things separated, ie:
a. only the chart with the signal in play to show the entry and exit points
There is a net total position at broker for the instrument. It can be seen on Open position tab.b. the order tracker to show each position opened, separately
You can see the average entry price for each strategy on the Strategy positions tab.
