Plotting Lines  [SOLVED]

I want to plot 4 Line in an ES 3 minute chart. In Properties it is not possible to enter the coordinates I want. I get 1466.74 instead of 1466.75 or 1450.74 instead of 1450.75. Not a great problem, but it should fiexed.

go to format symbol.
look under scaling,
check the Manual Label Style, Step Size.
make sure it is at 0.25.
