Problem with the timesettings.  [SOLVED]

Hello,

I have a big problem with the timesettings in Multicharts. I live in Europe and my time-settings for the NQ #F (esignal) are 08.30 - 15.30 (Ópen Outcry). Now (14:45) the market is open, but the chart didn't move, also in eSignal. In Multicharts the settings are unter Format Symbols Time Zone Exchange.

I didn't get it

that's the DST problem.
a fix is in the works.
