Can I know where to get information to learn Easylanguage ? Beside this, Will multichart support others language ?

MultiCharts' PowerLanguage is fully compatible with TS EasyLanguage. So you can review original EasyLanguage tutorials to learn more about basic conceptions and syntax options. You can find additional details here: http://www.tssupport.com/support/tutorials/

We are not going to support other languages in the nearest future.
