Load State Gauge?

Load State Gauge?

Where is the load state gauge? I read the description of it but cant seem to find where I'm able to view it...Thankyou

You can find Load State gauge in the box next to the time box in the right lower conner. There are displayed the number of quotes in queue (q) if any and delay in seconds (s) if any.
