I am using eSignal with the latest Multicharts beta. My operating system in Windows Vista. When I open a workspace, I get an error message that says:
Caption Bar: tsESignalDataFeed
File C:\Program Files\DBC\eSignal\winros.exe not found. Please run eSignal Data Manager manually.
If I open data manager manually, everything works fine. However, the problem is that later on, the same error message will pop up again and data will stop updating. This means I can't leave my strategy on auto.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks.

1. Please take a look at:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\winros.ini
What value of StartPath parameter do you have?
Example:
StartPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\eSignal\
2. Please send us logs from Start-Programs->MultiCharts or:
"%userprofile%\AppData\Local\TS Support\MultiCharts\2.1.928.1050\Logs\tsServer\tsESignalSupplier_Trace.txt"
3. Please find winros.ini, open it and check if StartPath parameter reflects valid path to winros.exe
For instance:
if StartPath=C:\Program Files\eSignal\
then winros.exe must be located in C:\Program Files\eSignal\
Thank you
