Project Management: Is there a problem?

Postby arjfca » 02 Aug 2013

Hello

Today is August 02 at 3:45 am Easter Time ( New-York). I'm trying to report a request on Project Management, but it doesn't work. I can't go further than selecting

I'm logged

- Request new feature
- Affected component: charting

Feature to request: From the Data Window: Allow to click on the indicator name to get access to format the given indicator.

Hello,

Indeed the Project Management is being fixed at the moment. Issue reporting is already available now. We are doing our best to fix all the rest as soon as possible.

Hello,

1) Cannot access PM for a few months already,
up until now Sep 19,2013.

Chrome ver 29 , just load a blank page as in the attached pict.

2) Can the PM board has the "Year Number" indicated in all date related information
eg the year when the issue was created , and the year month date along when any further development occurs ?

So it can be assessed, the issue development over time.

Thank you

Meecc,
Did you try to erase your Chrome history and cookies
I had a similar problem with another site once

Hi arjfca ,

Thank you for your advice
On regular basis, at least once in a week,
I clear browsing data as in attached pict,
ie in on chrome in tool \ clear browsing data...
chrome clear browsing history.PNG
(13.91 KiB) Downloaded 607 times

And even on IE 10 with clearing of history and cache , the result is the same blank screen.

I am afraid something is wrong on your end with the browser or the internet connection. It does work on our computers (tried on multiple machine in and out of the office). The page is loaded in Chrome, IE, Firefox.
2) Can the PM board has the "Year Number" indicated in all date related information
eg the year when the issue was created , and the year month date along when any further development occurs ?

So it can be assessed, the issue development over time.
Thank you for your suggestion. We will see if it is possible or not. If possible, we will add it.
