PLEditor File-Window Bug

I have been noticing that when I have a lot of files open in the PLEditor, and then minimize the PLEditor down to the desktop-taskbar, and then re-open the PLEditor: THEN Clicking on the tab (or the title-bar) of a particular file does NOT bring that file-window forward (in front of all other windows) as expected, and instead NOTHING happens.

I happen to have many worskspaces and charts open at the same time, but I do not yet know if that is a factor in this situation. If I close some of the files, then the problem goes away. So is there some 'bug' related to opening 'too many files', that causes the normal window-focus control loop to be delayed or ignored for a long time?

Anybody else see anything like this?

Could you please give us more details on how many workspaces and how many charts you had running? So far I have not been able to reproduce the problem on our end. We need more info to recreate the conditions when you had problems selecting and bringing forward the opened files in PLEditor.
