Beginner question: Price Channel

above quote from Price channel SE signal; in a scenario where the next bar open lower than previous bar (lowest low calculation), will MC send short sell order to IB (autotrading is turn on).
i attached sample png, white arrow pointing upward is the bar open lower than previous signal bar.
