CFD from Interactive brokers not working for 8.7

Hi all,
I am using IQ feed as the source and creating a chart for a CFD (e.g. aapl). I've downloaded 8.7(7634), created the symbol mapping, and the chart plots, but the buy and sell bid and ask do not appear in the trade bar on the right-hand-side of the chart. I also get an error in the log file saying "CFD MARKET DATA NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE SUBMIT A MARKET DATA REQUEST FOR THE UNDERLYING STOCK".

I have another multicharts on another machine and it is working fine - build 7569.

forgot to add, Interactive Brokers is the broker.

1. Please make a screenshot of your symbol mapping for AAPL and upload it.
2. Are you able to add the CFD to IB TWS and see its asks and bids updating there in real-time?
