lost one pair data  [SOLVED]

Hello,
I had a pc crash but before i could close MC. When i restarted pc and applications, my EURUSD charts in all workspace do not show tick or minute charts. Daily and Weekly ok but no hour or minute charts. They are restarted at 1 bar and now adding bar after bar but zero history. I tried to reload data, did not do anything.
i checked the Quote Manager and my settings seem as before, all other currencies are ok just that one has no data. I tried to see the data by edit data and there is no minute or tick data for that pair. Maybe the file corrupted but why does not he get new data from TS when i ask to reload ?

In Multicharts please go to File tab->Preferences->Data server mode;
Make sure you are in online mode, "download missing historical data" is enabled.

Please reload the problem chart in TS. Then reload the problem chart in MC.
If the charts are backfilling slow then check that TS download scheduler (TS->View tab->Launch Download Scheduler) has not queued up MC data requests.
If it has then make a right click on the request->Schedule ASAP.

Thank you Henry, it seems that the TS reload was the solution. I will remember this one.
