Hello, my MC was running for the last 2 days and my chart were up to date. This morning I changed a EURUSD H1 chart to Daily and when I switched back to H1 it was missing almost 2 full days of bars, which I indicate with rectangles on my attachment.
I hit reload for 2 days but still the same missing bars. Now if I hit reload the menu is grayed non accessible. My data settings are
Collect RT data is OFF,
I use TS and it is set to NOT COLLECT DATA
On reopening of MC, set to download historical data.
What can I do now to get my missing bars, they are showing in TS, why not in MC ?

Hello plaforte,
Please reload the problem charts in TS. Then reload the problem charts in MC.
If the charts are backfilling slow then check that TS download scheduler (TS->View tab->Launch Download Scheduler) has not queued up MC data requests.
If it has then make a right click on the request->Schedule ASAP.
