Simple DOM feature request

Hi,

it would be great if there was an option to switch the positions of the buy and sell columns in the DOM. Or rather, switch the behaviour when i click on it - I am somewhat used to it the other way round (click on the column with the offers to send a buy order and vice versa).

It would also be great if you could add a small button (maybe in the title bar of the window) to lock the DOM, so you cannot click on it by accident and send an unwanted order.
