Opentick CME Mini [EM] exchange

I want to download the December 2007 futures contract for the Russell 2000. The Opentick symbol is /ER2Z7. The exchange is EM (for CME Mini per Opentick website).

This is what I did and what I encountered using QuoteManager.

INPUT:

Quotemanager-->add symbol-->from datasource-->opentick-->Future-->Symbol: /ER2Z7-->Exchange: EM-->lookup-->select-->add

RESULT:

"WARNING: You must create EM exchange first."

This message is displayed when the exchange for a symbol hasn't been included into the list of available exchanges. To be able to add the symbol the exchange must be added first. For instructions on how to add an exchage, please refer to MultiCharts Help -> QuoteManager -> Setting Exchanges -> Setting Exchanges/ECN's.
