Performace Report Chart offset

My performance report Equity Curve graph data is offset. I'm not sure if this is a 8.8 rc issue or other. There are two instruments (data1, data2). Data1 starts 1/2/2011 and data2 9/22/2003 but this shouldn't cause this shift. Trades are only taken on Data1.

Please attach the workspace you are using and a sample code that will replicate this behavior.
