MC.net 8.8 and lmax

Postby AlphaCat » 05 Dec 2013

Hi,

i just installed MC.net 8.8 trail and connected a lmax demo account. Apparently i am only able to get 1 level of depth in the DOM (should be 5).

Here are the steps i took:

* installed MC.net x64 version 8.8
* created the lmax broker profile
* deleted all symbols in quote manager
* added all lmax instruments from Add Instrumen from data source
* opened a DOM window for symbol eur/usd

Any ideas?

Hello AlphaCat,

Which instrument do you use? Have you checked the amount of data2 levels provided for this instrument with your broker?

Hi,

EUR/USD, USD/JPY and a few other fx pairs i have tried. Apparently all of them.

It should be 5 levels of depth. I am using MC.net 8.7 SE and that works as expected (with 5 levels of depth in the DOM). This appears to be a problem introduced in version 8.8.

AlphaCat,

We were unable to replicate this case on our end using
MultiCharts .NET64 SE Version 8.8 Release (Build 8361)
and
MultiCharts .NET64 Version 8.8 Release (Build 8365).

Please come to our live chat Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 4 pm EST to demonstrate this behavior remotely and we will collect all required for analysis information.
