Improvements of the Scanner and charting

Hello Team Multicharts,

I would like to suggest some improvements for the prescanner and the watchlist:

1. multiple constrains to filter what stocks are coming in to the watchlist

2. update priority settings for the stocks that are in the watchlist and pre-scanner (what stocks are first in line to update)

3. if i run the scanner and charts, i notice at active market sessions that the 10second charts are delayed by 1 bar, i would like to set priority on some charts so they are real-time.

All feature requests are forwarded to the management of the company and are evaluated in a timely manner. Please note that even though we value your opinion not all requests can be implemented due to the fact that some features do not fit into our current roadmap.
