Lmax history data missing  [SOLVED]

Every moning,when I open the MC.net SE, often found Lmax history data missing from about 16 GMT to 22 GMT all the time resolution.
it is strang that only the symbol I used traded is just so.
If I add another symbol , the new symbol data is completed.
Expect for fixing it.

1) Are you doing manual trading or automated trading?
If you are trading manually then which tool do you use for that: chart trading, trade bar, DOM? Do you additionally plot a chart window if you are using one of the mentioned manual trading tools?
2) In MultiCharts please go to file tab->preferences->data server mode;
Make sure you are in online mode, "download missing historical data" is enabled.
3) Does it happen with every symbol you use?

1) I only trade manually.
2) I only use chart trading,no more tools.
3) I am sure the MC is online mode.
4) YES, the EUR/USD is most often missing.

xiaomajia, please do the following:

1) Start QuoteManager. Go to Tools -> Data Sources -> LMAX -> Settings -> uncheck the option "Cache downloaded quote files".
2) Delete LMAX Forex instruments.
3) Go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> LMAX->re-add Forex instruments you need.
4) Close QuoteManager and all of its processes.
5) Start MultiCharts and plot the chart you need.

xiaomajia, once "Cache downloaded quote files" is unchecked in QuoteManager->Tools -> Data Sources -> LMAX -> Settings you do not need to repeat it again and the problem should not reappear.
