Missing bars

Hello

I see that lately some of my instruments chart are missing some candles bar

Sometime, I reload the data and the problem did resolved. I never had this problem like I'm experimenting now. I did install the latest version

My data provider is IB. I did check a chart from TWS and all data is there

I did close MC, reload. Open Quote Manager and clear the instrument cache. Reconnect. Still the same

What else can I do

Hello Martin,

In MultiCharts please go to file tab->Preferences->Data server mode;
Make sure you are in online mode, "Download missing historical data" is enabled.
In QuoteManager please go to Tools->DataSources->IB->Settings->make sure "download historical data" is enabled.

MC and QM was already set as you mention

Martin, TWS chart data and IB data in MultiCharts are two different data streams and can be sometimes different. Please try deleting the problem data period in Edit Data of QuoteManager, clearing the cache (while all MC processes are finished) and then plotting the chart you need.

If the issue is still present or reoccurring please provide the steps for replicating it and screenshots demonstrating it.
