I have tried saving both the Workspace and the Desktop...
But seems that none of them is saving the position of the detached windows.
Is a bug or I'm missing something?

How many screens you have? Is there any additional software installed in your system for desktops control/emulation/task bar extension?
What exact version and build number of MultiCharts NET are you running? (in MultiCharts go to Help tab-> About)

Hello ALC,
We were unable to replicate this behavior on our end with a similar setup.
The position of the detached windows is properly restored when you open a saved workspace.
Please come to our live chat Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm EST to demonstrate this behavior remotely and we will collect all required for analysis information.
