Data are CQG demo / AMP
Hello,
I can't load DOM for some specifics symbols like the Eurex Bobl ans schatz
I can load charts, but they don't refresh. the ticker is stuck at the moment i loaded the data.
I don't have this problem for others Eurex symbols : Dax, Stoxx, Bund are fine.
The quotemanager shows "no security definition" for the symbols i have problems with.
Is this coming from CQG (demo data limitation)? or am i missing something?
MultiCharts64 Version 8.8 Release (Build 8593)
API : multicharts V6.00.104
same login used in the quotemanager & multicharts

The problem is i can't get a DOM for some symbols.
As you see in the picture, chart does load, but it never refresh.
DBM14: DOM & chart refreshing as normal
DLM14: no DOM & chart loaded, but not refreshing.
I would like to know if it is a CQG demo limitation or some wrong symbol setting in quote manager?

Please double check with your broker that this market is available for your account. It seems to work fine on my PC:
